R.H. Moore Company, Inc., is located in Murrells Inlet, S.C. and was established in 1982. We are one of the largest utility contractors within South Carolina and provide construction services that include water, wastewater, storm sewer, site grading and site preparation operations of medium to large diameter mains and sites. R.H. Moore Company, Inc., (RHM) has completed individual projects with costs up to $12,000,000 and has an extensive local, city, county, state and municipality client reference list.

Our staff includes two (2) registered Professional Engineers which helps us provide a better service to the client by understanding the intent and design details involved in the project. This level of knowledge and experience often leads to a more cost effective and efficient construction process.
