We are one of the largest utility contractors within South Carolina and provide construction services that include water, wastewater, storm sewer, site grading and site preparation operations of medium to large diameter mains and sites. R.H. Moore Company, Inc., has completed individual projects with costs up to $15,000,000 and has an extensive local, city, county, state and municipality client reference list.

Our staff’s knowledge, experience and management provides our clients with long lasting benefits and costs savings in the construction industry. R.H.
